Uncharted Waters - New Work by Tim Isaac

This exhibit of new work finds its inspirition in the treasures and secrets that abound along New Brunswick's Bay of Fundy coastline.

Tidal pools, ocean tumbled rocks, and the rippled patterns in sand and stone have all found their way into Isaac's work.

These pieces combine, in a fresh way, his mastery of raku firing and his curiosity in mosaic and assembleage techniques.

Incorporating smalti, gold leaf, glass and fossils with his raku work has resulted in a beautiful and breathtaking display of colour and texture.

On Friday, September 22 from 5 - 7 pm,  the gallery will host a Meet the Artist evening.  Tim will be on hand with his musical friends "Swing Cats" to play some jazzy swing.  Please drop in.
