This garden sculpture made of bronze, steel and chain was found outdoors in a back yard garden after the house was sold and changed hands.  Attempts to discover it's maker have not proved successful.  Any information on this work would be appreciated.  

This playful, beautifully executed sculpture is designed for outdoor use.
