Following on from the idea of the “angel's share”, leave some to the mercy of stillness, represents the physical form that floating perfume could take to reveal the stories of place that appear and disappear in the air of time. The physical objects that don't move on the distillery's premises have the memory of time, that sense of physical temporality, where stories have germinated and mutate in the very flesh of the site's inanimate objects, old or new, big or small, secrets remain floating in the barrels ...12 years ...21 years ...31 years later, the stories live on and exist.

Pour faire suite à l’idée du « angel’s share », leave some for the angels, leave some to the mercy of stillness, représente la forme physique que pourrait avoir le parfum flottant afin de dévoiler les histoires du lieu qui apparaissent et disparaissent dans l’air du temps. Les objets physiques qui ne bougent pas sur les lieux de la distillerie ont la mémoire du temps, ce sens de temporalité physique, où les histoires ont germé et se muent dans la chaire même des objets inanimés du site, qu’ils soient vieux ou neufs, qu’ils soient grands ou petits, les secrets restent flottants dans les tonneaux …12 ans …21 ans …31 ans après, les histoires se prolongent et existent.
