Dean Reeves

Dean Reeves has maintained an art practice based in Western Canada since graduating with a BFA degree from the University of Alberta in 1978.

In addition to his lifelong dedication to producing landscape paintings based on direct observation, Dean has served the community as an art instructor and public art gallery manager and curator.

A few years ago, Dean decided to settle in eastern Canada.  He enjoys exploring new landscape subjects near his family's wooded property in southeast New Brunswick.
