Fog Forest Gallery continues to receive new works on a regular basis so please view the current exhibition page or the individual artist's biography pages for a full update. This page will keep you posted on some of what is “new” in the gallery.

    Years ago Fog Forest started hosting a Spring time Printmaker's exhibit. This annual show is now a traditional and this year's collection features new works and welcomes back some older editions as well. This brand new etching by Susan Paterson displays the wonderful mystery of both her style of work and her technical prowess. See the exhibition here.

Greg Dow is a realist painter currently living in Ontario but he has roots in Nova Scotia. He dropped in to introduce himself and his work to me recently and I am pleased to welcome Greg to Fog Forest. Please view the five new paintings in the collection by visiting this page.

    Nova Scotia painter, Wayne Boucher, joins Fog Forest for the exhibition entitled, "Art for a Gone Mad". His evocative abstracted paintings add a thoughtful dimension to the gallery. Welcome Wayne. To see both of his works please visit this page.

    Deborah Pearce graduated from Mount Allison's Fine Arts Department in 1974. Since that time she has developed a national reputation as a portrait artist. We are very happy to welcome Deborah back to Sackville with her contribution to the 2016 Mount Allison Showcase exhibition entitled, "A Fine Art". See Deborah's work here.

    Krista Hasson from Rothesay, NB is a new artist to Fog Forest Gallery. Her work is routed in the watercolour tradition however her use of rice paper and wax give her work a feel of batik, fabric - rich in colour with exotic overtones of batik and fabric dying. Fredericton's Michael Khoury has divided the past 25 years working in Quebec, Lebanon and France and now he brings his wonderful collection of paintings to Fog Forest. Bathed in light and colour, these still life and landscape works are a welcome addition to the gallery. Visit this page to see Michael's work.

This new glaze in her stoneware pottery is gathering a lot of attention in the gallery these days. Ghita Levin is one of New Brunswick's most respected ceramic artists. These hand-built pots are a testament to her creativity and enthusiasm to her work.To view more of Ghita's work visit this page.

Heather Lawson is a fantastic Nova Scotian sculptor who has been carving Wallace NS sandstone for years. Heather Lawson is a welcome new comer to the gallery. Her labour intensive and beautifully crafted standing stones and bowls are able to withstand our cruel winters. Thanks Heather and we're so happy to have you here in the gallery.
